1. E-MAIL IS SO LAST SEASON

Of course we still use e-mail a lot for our communication with clients, partners and providers. However, internally we bet on other tools, that are more specific and efficient. For tasks and projects, for example, we work with Asana, an online platform for team organization that has a web version and apps for Android and iOS. When we need fast communication with peers we use Slack - an app like Whatsapp - and Workplace - corporate Facebook - for institutional announcements, news, in addition to internal events such as happy hours and general curiosities.

2. HEY, DO YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES?

It is one of our founder's favorite questions. They are very present on every area's daily activities, that's why they always ask that when they want to talk with someone in person. It is a way of solving problems and listening to suggestions in a more personal way.


 

 3. THE TENTH DAY AFTER THE LAUNCH OF MONTHLY COLLECTIONS

Only people that work here know how much this day is expected, especially by women. It is when our coupon is released and we can enjoy the amazing AMARO experience. We see the collections a little before they are launched, through the presentation made by the Product team. The more incredible the news, the more anxious we get for this day to arrive.
