5. easy returns

AMARO clients know that there's no need to worry if a product doesn't fit. Our return process is very simple! You have a whole 30 days to request a return and the shipping is free for the first time. All you need to do is bring the product to the nearest mail carrier or AMARO Guide Shop. We will even send you the tag. And, if you have any doubts, our customer happiness team is always available to help.

 

 
 

6. Instagram shopping

Finding the product that you loved in that picture on our Instagram has never been so easy! AMARO was one of the first Brazilian brands to have Instagram Shopping, a new feature on the social platform. It's super easy: just tap on the picture with the outfit you like and Instagram will show you the prices of the products available. After that, all you have to do is tap on the price to see more info and shop the product. Easy and simple, just the way we like it.
